Nanny Search Wishlist
We're eager to learn more about your family and specific requirements. Our goal is to gather comprehensive information to ensure the most suitable match with the most qualified candidates.
Rates for part-time nannies (20 - 30 hours per week) and full-time nannies (40 + hours per week) vary greatly depending on the nanny’s experience, the position duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role. For nannies with medical backgrounds please inquiry with us.
Full Time Nannies:
Current rates for professional full-time nannies are generally between $25-$45 per hour. In addition to their wages most full-time nannies receive the following benefits: paid vacation, paid holidays/sick days, and a health insurance stipend.
Part Time Nannies:
Schedules vary depending on the families needs. Current rates for part-time nannies are between $25-$40 per hour. In addition to their wages part-time nannies may also receive paid vacation and paid holidays/sick days.
Your new nanny will become your employee. Therefore, you will pay your nanny directly.
The rate and benefits will be determined by you.
Placement Fee
Our Placement Fee is 18% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation.
A $500 engagement fee is required to begin a search. This fee is waived four our current clients receiving night nurse services.

Utilizing your unique criteria, we will personally match you with the nannies who are the perfect fit for your needs and position and fulfill all your requirements.
Step 3: We will Schedule the Interviews with the Candidates of your Preference
Step 4: Trials
If you have a candidate that you like we can set up a trial.
Important to Know: Our candidates will have references verified and must pass our comprehensive background check.
