Babies RN Founder
Paula Marino
Hey There, I'm Paula!
I help new parents get a good night's sleep and fully enjoy the newborn stage!
I am a former Neonatal Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University. With over 12 years of experience working with babies in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and supporting parents with the care of their newborns at home. I have been part of NICUs at various hospitals in South Florida, including South Miami Hospital from Baptist Health. I have also been part of the the National Program of Maternal Health and Child Care through the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) community program.

Since newborn babies wake up to eat every 2-3 hours, exhaustion takes a toll on new parents and the newborn stage can be very overwhelming. It used to be common to be sleep-deprived when you had a baby, but not anymore.

I founded Babies RN to provide PEACE OF MIND and SLEEP to new parents like you. I am proud to have the most qualified and trustworthy team of Night Nurses and Newborn Care Specialists who will take care of your baby overnight so you can get a good nights' sleep and enjoy the newborn stage 100 %. Having a Babies RN night nurse allows parents to have a good night's sleep and eases the transition of bringing your newborn baby home.
We will explore the best options and support system for you. You can count on having a night nurse who is professional, compassionate, reliable, and passionate about supporting new parents and their babies. It would be our honor to support your family during this special time.
Hire a night nurse from Babies RN and enjoy the newborn stage 100%.

MOM Par-TEA 2022
We had the best time meeting and celebrating the moms in our community at Mom Par-Tea.
It was a beautiful event for mothers and mothers to be.
We had a panel of moms and experts discussing various topics on motherhood, followed by a work out and a dance.
Thank you to all the moms that joined us.
Stay tuned for more!
